Starting with the garage space in model 3712X you will find plenty of room for hauling the toys of your choice, and ease of loading and unloading with the spring assist rear ramp door. You can also easily access this area from inside the fifth wheel, or from the side man cargo door when the rear ramp is closed. There is a Happijac electric lift system with an adult sized bed above dual folding sofas for added sleeping space, plus a loft at the front of the garage that the kids would surly love. A half bath featuring a toilet and sink off the garage make it easy for your added guests to have bathroom access nearby.
Inside this Spartan 300 Series there is plenty to enjoy. Along the curb side you will find a slide out 3-piece reclining sectional with stowable table, and an angled entertainment center with storage on either side nearby. A smaller slide out along the road side includes a pantry, an 8 cu. ft. refrigerator, and three burner range. This allows you to easily cook up meals and snacks for the entire bunch. There is also a larger pantry just inside the door before the steps that lead up to the front master bedroom and complete bath. You will also find ample counter space and storage in the kitchen which includes an L-shaped counter, and large sink for cleaning up.
To the right of the main entry head up the steps to a full bath on your left. Inside you will find a KING shower, a vanity with sink, and a toilet including overhead storage, plus a linen cabinet as well.
The master bedroom is at the head of the hall and features a queen size bed with nightstands and storage overhead the width of the fifth wheel, and a slide out closet with drawer space, plus so much more!
